-Location, location, location!!! -Variety of restaurants both in the hotel and nearby hotel areas. -Facilities are well equipped and are in good condition.

-Internet access is via LAN line and it is a bit slow.

Shinagawa Prince hotel is located in a very convenient area. It takes only a 5 minutes walk to Shinagawa train station, which is one of the main subway and JR connection spot in Tokyo. At the station, it is surrounded by some shops, restaurants, supermarket, and post office which make this place a very lively place to visit. Unlike other big station, this place is not overcrowded by commuters so it makes my stay less tiring.

The Prince is high class, good location, good food, easy to find from train station. Room was small but comfortable, with a wonderful view.

The hotel is good and has excellent facilities.

Western breakfast has a very limited choice

The location of the hotel is good. Transportation from Narita airport to the hotel and the other way around is well organised. Room as clean and good. Calm, good frontdesk service and well trained staff. It is also a good value for money. I guess during my next trip I will stay at the same place as I am happy about the global services and product of your hotel.
