The Shinagawa Prince is one of the largest hotels in Tokyo 3700 rooms..It is convenient located 2 minutes walk from JR Shinagawa Station..The staff are extremely polite and helpful it has free computer access on the 7th floor in the annex for those who don't carry a laptop.with a variety of restaurants nearby..I found it good value for money after traveling to Japan for over 40 years..Shinagawa itself is central to Tokyo and having a Shinkansesn stop at the station is a plus for those traveling on.

Hotel is very convenient..direct on Limo Route from Narita and easy access to JR Rail and Shinkansen..Staff very polite and helpful..

Room was in the East Wing and small on Japanese Standards

this was our second time to stay at the shinagwa prince hotel and we like it there. they have good eating places and shops to buy omiyage and the best is the train station that is right across the street. The staff is very cordial and very polite and the service is excellent..

right across the street from shinagawa station...just minutes away!

rooms are small, but livable to sleep in, but as tourists, who is to stay in the room??.. we're outside sight seeing beautiful Japan!

This is my first time in Tokyo and I enjoyed it very much. I will visit your country I think in again in the spring. Food is excellent; everything is so clean and in order. Like it, like it! Thanks a lot!!

Liked everything, shopping area, metro, eating places all near. People very friendly and helpful.

English speaking is very weak.

I would recommend this hotel based on its location, which allows you to take advantage of your JR rail pass easily. The restaurant choices are amazing. Going to the airport is another major advantage. Somehow, the staff is not as friendly as the other hotels I have stayed at. They are still polite but have less patience to explain things to you.

Wonderful Stay at Shinagawa Prince Hotel Guest Rating: 4.8

That would have been great to have free access to the hotel's swimming pool and fitness for the hotel's clients. Very convenient to have cheap drinks distributors inside the hotel. You do not need to get out of the hotel to entertain your evenings. There is an aquarium, dolpins show, bowling and many various restaurants inside the hotel. Breakfast buffet in the main building (1st floor) is wonderful and you may find whatever you are looking for: fruit, western style breads, japanese specialties, salads, sausages, pancakes etc.

2 minutes of foot from the Shinagawa Train Station, with all the facilities next to the hotel (Fast foods, restaurants, shops, bowling, swimming pools and shows) Rooms are quite big, as per the Japanese standards, and very clean and well maintained.

Mattresses are quite hard but this is common in Japan.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, lots of eateries & supermarket & the hotel staff all can speak a little English.There is also a 7-11 not far from the hotel.The Airport Limousine stops right in front of the hotel.Ideal hotel for both young & old, will definitely stay there again...

Had to queue for the buffet breakfast but the queue moved very fast, go super early in the morning (6am) to avoid any queue...

Relaxing Stay at Shinagawa Prince Hotel Guest Rating: 4.7

The hotel is very clean and near to both JR and Subway train stations. There is a macdonald and convenient store nearby the hotel. The hotel itself has drug store, which is very popular in japan for cheap and good cosmetics/skin care. A wide range of breakfast for you to choose from : western, japanese, chinese. There is internet access in every room and unlike free wireless access in other hotels, their surfing speed is relatively fast. Like the bathroom and the spacious bath tub for you to soak and relax after a long day. One of the best hotel i had stayed. :)

1. Near to JR Station (Can catch Narita Express train from/to Narita Airport) and Subway Station (Can catch train from/to Haneda Airport). 2. Many restaurants to select for buffet breakfast. 3. Nice and comfortable yukarta provided.

The hotel is very great hotel. It is located near the mall and JR station. I can travel easily. The price is not so high if you compare to the quality. There are many restaurant in the hotel that you can choose to eat for the breakfast. The service is also good. I forgot my key room once, the reception send the housekeeper to my room immediately. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Shinagawa Prince has a very great atmosphere. It close to the JR station so I can travel easily. The room is clean. The hotel has the shopping mall and convineint shop to buy snacks and servinior.

The Hotel should have more toilet.

Although the rooms were very small, and I mean very small and dated, the service was excellent and we didn't find the need to leave the hotel as the shops were amazing.

Great service, and you didn't need to leave the hotel as there are plenty of restaurants and shops. Very foeigner friendly.

Small rooms and quite dates, felt very much like a business hotel.

• Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Beautiful aquarium and great dolphin show, which was great for kids.

If you want a well located hotel near one of the major train stations of Tokyo, its hard to find another that is as good value. The rooms was large enough for two people but a few extra square metres would not hurt. I will be using this hotel again when I return to Tokyo soon If you get a breakfast coupon with your room it allows you to have your breakfast in a number of restaurants located throughout the hotel. Try to eat in one of the nicer restaurants in the main tower and avoid the one at the food court.
