perfect location for tourist
location, average stay and value for money
6.3
The room is a standard japanese room, but a little bit dusty compare to other hotel. We have yellow stained on our bed cover luckily I always bring my own bed sheet whenever I go, the bed and pillow a little bit hard. Amenities complete, just like other hotels in japan. What I like the most from this hotel is LOCATION. Seven Eleven just at the front of the lobby, and near to McDonalds, Cafe, local dining and Wings mall. It's everything you need for a first timer tourist. It just walking distance to Shinagawa stations, which connect you to shinkansen, subway lines, not to mention the stations itself, it it 2nd largest station in Tokyo. Easy access to airport as well, there is an airport limousine bus that drop you off in front of the hotel, it will cost you around USD 33 per person. Overall, we like the hotel coz its location and friendly staff but I hope they can upgrade the room and cleanliness. I would recommend this hotel though just remember to bring your own bed sheet and pillow if comfort is your concern.

Great room in tiny price, Close to JR train, have a big shopping mall inside and get 500yen from not cleaning for your room.

Great location but.........
very near Shinagawa station, easy to commune to other place in Tokyo

I always love to stay at Shinagawa because of the location, it is easy to take the train from Shinagawa station to most touring spots even to the airport.
Restaurant Tip:
If you want to find nice restaurants near your hotel in Tokyo, Shinagawa will not be recommeneded.

Nice Hotel in the Heart of Tokyo
Shinagawa is a Huge Shopping area, Hotel is at the subway stop
10
The Shinagawa Prince Hotel is made of four hotel wings, (north, east, annex, main). The hotel is nice, it is clean, the staff is friendly and it is centrally located. What is not to love? Just outside the hotel is a mall, complete with food court.
Hotel Feature Tip:
This is at the Shinagawa subway stop. It is super easy to find from Haneda airport, as it is a direct line.

Great location
Easy to find / get to from the train station & subway, especially if you don't know Tokyo or it's your first time there
8.3
As usual, the room is on the small side if you are accustomed to North American room (don't expect to bring in 4 huge suitcases and have room to open them all up). But as customary with Japanese hotel rooms, the place was spotless, there are nice amenities in the bathroom, and the towels are a good size. Only a few TV channels in Japanese, no other stations were available. Staff spoke good English, and the rooms were very quiet.
