Near Shinagawa Station and lots of restaurants

Location is great. 5min walk to Shinagawa Station.
Lots of variety of food with restuarants scattered all over.
The room is OK (small but cosy).
I got my room was near to lift and vending machines.
Got woken up by people buying beer at 3am and people check-out at 5am. Should have better sound proof walls / doors.

Overall it was good. especially the location of hotel was very nice. Shinagawa station is easy to go anywhere of the city. But the bathroom is too small. there is a bath but you cannot lay down. only possible shower.
And the staff was not kind. they was just official.

The hotel is across the street from Shinagawa Station, one of the biggest stations in Tokyo (which you can go to/from Narita Airport). For the price this was an okay deal for a decent place in Tokyo. Bathrooms and toilets are same space and very small. The rest was fine (Wi-fi is not included though ! You can rent one for extra fee)

east tower has small but well appointed rooms

Rooms are tiny in the East tower but you are in Japan. The staff at the front were very friendly and spoke sound english. The hotel is right out the front of the train station and is very easy to find. This hotel makes a good base for your trip to Tokyo and beyond because of its proximity to the train station. There is also an interesting Buddhist temple called Sengaku-ji which is a mere fifteen minute walk away. The 47 ronin from a famous event in Japanese history are interred there although there is nothing written in english at the site so it might be an idea to read up before you visit.

The hotel has a great karaoke place with each booth named after a station on the Yamanote Line

Excellent location, very comfortable rooms.
Literally directly outside of Shinagawa Station. Comfortable rooms in spite of their small size. Excellent service.

For the price and the location, this hotel cannot be beat. It looks professional, and is quite comfortable. There is a convenience store just outside, a 24 hour McDonalds on the way to Shinagawa Station.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Don't forget to visit Odaiba if you like shopping and want to see the 1:1 scale Gundam!
