Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room size is acceptable but I found the room to be too hote. When I called up housekeeping, they changed it to airconditioning for me. Attentive to your needs, the staff are friendly and accommodating.

Stay was very good, as usual with all Japanese hotels. Staff are all multilingual, very impressed. This is a busy hotel and sometimes the lines are quite long for check in/ checkout or service. Only complain is that Wifi is not available in hotel rooms, my computer does not have a Lan port and that made it quite frustrating. (They do have a limted number of WifI sietups available but i guess they are first come first serve)

Only point of dissatisfaction is lack of free wireless in rooms and lobby area--only LAN (which worked well and appreciated). My wife needed wifi access, but her iPad Mini cannot connect to LAN system conveniently. Apple iPads do not have USB port or Ethernet port, so wireless is necessary. It is very inconvenient to connect iPad to LAN via "personal hotspot."

The hotel is well-located for Shinagawa station and access to both Narita and Haneda. The hotel is not flashy, but is efficiently run and comfortable. The view from my high-room was of the surrounding city, and it was good to sit and watch the city.

The hotel is quite far from Narita airport but really near to Haneda airport. the Location of the hotel is right next to JR line that can goes to Shinjuku nad Shibuya with in 15 min .

The hotel is just across the road from the Shinagawa train station where there are direct train connections from both Narita and Haneda airports via the Keikyu line. The station is also on the Yamanote JR loop line so you could easily get to anywhere in Tokyo. We do not choose to include the breakfast for our stay which may be a good idea because we always see a long queue every morning. The 24 hours 7-11 convenient store is just in front of the hotel where you could get many choices of breakfast. The room is a bit bigger than many business hotels in Japan. The staff is courteous and efficient. This is a great base hotel to explore Tokyo.

Good and fuss-free stay. Just across the street from Shinagawa train station which is a major perk considering the station is part of the Yamanote line and the Narita Express stops there. Room was standard and slightly small but can't complain much. Room was clean. Only downside was that wi-fi for international guests was non-existent unless if you brought alon your laptop then there os connection cable available.
