This hotel was close to everything, train station, cinemas, restaurants, shops. They had excellent customer service and every service was delivered with a smile. Their well mannered, polite staff made our stay very enjoyable and if you have a request that cannot be fullfilled, they go the extra mile to find something that is as good or even better than what you have asked for. Highly recommend this Hotel to anyone who loves the night life as everything around this hotel is open til late!
Close to everything, shops around this vicinity are almost open 24hrs
No cons, all expectations were met
- Restaurant Tip : So many mouth watering restaurants located around this hotel. So many to try and all are fantastic and great value for money.

Overall my experience at this hotel was great. It was difficult to find at first but is in walking distance to practically everything (food, train station, shopping, etc.). The hotel rooms are extremely clean yet a bit cramped. But that's what you'll get with most hotels in Japan, plus you probably don't plan on spending much time in the room while you're there. Staff is friendly and very helpful. A+!
Clean, great service, central location.
Charge for local calls, paying extra for a single room with 2 people, hard to locate at first.
- Travel tip : Hotel is next to Koma Theatre. Taxi drivers might have difficulty locating the hotel's actual address.

Very central location. Room was small and simple, but clean and functional. Staff is friendly. It's the red light district, so you'll get a bit harassed late at night if you are walking by yourself, but nothing too crazy. Despite the zoo happening outside the hotel, I could not hear a single sound from inside the room. It was all quiet and comfortable

Would definately stay at Hotel Kent again! Shinjuku might be a bit seedy for families with children but otherwise a very exiting area and Hotel Kent is right in the mix of it all.

Not very good direction on Agoda website. Need to take east exit and exact route to take. I got lucky and found it in 20 minutes (10-minute walk only). It took my friend 50 minutes.

Our stay at the Kent Hotel was fantastic. The Hotel is in an excellent location in the heart of Shinjuku (we felt comfortable walking around at any time of night)and less than 10 minutes walk from Shinjuku train station - an excellent base for exploring Tokyo. The rooms were quiet and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a well-priced hotel in a great area of Tokyo.

The service here was friendly, room was small but all you need when you want to explore this awesome city. The room was clean and tidy as was the bathroom. Really good amenities and the usual vending machines were right outside the door.
