Good service and clean but small rooms

Convenient for transfers to and from both Narita and Haneda airports from hotel. Stay was pleasant except that we have some difficulty to find the shortest way to the Metro stations at Shinjuku.
Would be great if more amenities are available on the basement where there are already some restaurants.

Nice hotel but a long walk from Shinjuku Station

i took us a good 10 to 15 mins walk from the station to the hotel. we are given smoking rooms even though we requested for non-smoking rooms. however, the rooms are clean and odour-freee.
family mart are level 1 is convenient. no wifi available, only cable connection.

i've stayed in the shinjuku washington a few times now, and although the hotel's rooms are quite small and the air conditioning could be better, i continue to return - it's got a great location (directly connected to the train station by an underground passage, although it's about a ten minute walk), the staff are helpful and the hotel is scrupulously clean. the presence of a familymart convenience store on the ground floor, open 24 hours a day, is also very useful!

Good size Twin room
Only 10 mins walk from Shinjuku Station

we booked for a twin room expecting the usual tiny japanese hotel rooms but to our surprise the room given to us was quite big and it had a nice sitting area with 2 and 1 seater sofa and coffee table and a good size work top with 3 power points. the hotel itself has many good price restaurants and also convenience stores. will definitely choose this place again if coming to tokyo.

Average hotel in ok location
Wasn't as expensive as others in the area

we stayed in this hotel based on a recommendation from a friend who lives in japan. he said it was in a good area, relatively cheap, and had english speaking staff who could assist us. i would say that's reasonable advice without the place ever really setting the world on fire.

Gd service, cozy room, small toilet
The triple room comes with 3 super single beds. Location wise about 5 mins walk to Tochomae and about 10mins walk to Shinjuku

Had a great 3 nights stay. Hotel is sheltered all the way from the Metro station (Tochomae station) and it is accessible to anywhere. Small toilet but comes with bath tub too. There is a Family Mart located on the 1st Floor.
Shopping Tip:
For hip and reasonable shopping, head down to Harajuku.

Good hotel, it was about a 10 minute walk from JR Shinjuku Station which was quite far. Loved the 24/7 FamilyMart opened down stairs of the hotel. Great service, as we checked out at 11am, the hotel was able to hold onto our luggage for free till the arvo as we were flying at night.
Small room and small bathroom, but was still good :)
Nightlife Tip:
Probably would want to cab it back to the hotel room at night instead of walking from JR Shinjuku Station. The roads near the hotel are a bit dead after midnight.

Toilet is very small, everything is so close to each other. Room is very hot even with air con on strong, only 1 small window which cannot be opened. Despite the negative, it is value for money and very good location. Not far from everything.
