Clean, known landmark hotel + area of the city, many shops and resturants at the hotel, english speaking assistance at hotel. Great hotel in the heart of Tokyo. Good location, Shinjuku station is easy to find from any of the other parts of the city. The hotel is convinently located at a five minute walk from the Shinjuku station. There is a 24 hour convenience store in the hotel that is very useful and there are resturants that offer breakfast and meals if you do not feel like taking a stroll around the hotel.

I like to stay here, 'cause I can walk thru subway from station. So when the weather wasn't good (in example it raining), it won't make me wet ^^
I like the room because I got a massage chair. I can use it everytime I need relaxation l.o.l

The hotel was located near the Shinjuku station and the Express airport bus made it the first stop after the Shinjuki station The room wasf VERY SMALL and the pillow was made of pellets - the only way to turn off the main light in the room was to remove the room card from the electric and the whole room was dark. The hotel was very handy to be picked up from tours and to get to other locations in the Shinjuku area. The foreign visitors desk was very helpful and the information desk on the first floor gave me maps and ways to get back to hotel from other areas in Tokyo. The cafe on the third floor offered food during the day for snack like type of foods.

Excellant location,connectivity to subway and railway stations, effective english speaking staff of the hotel and friendly persons too much time in getting elevator in hotel floors, non availability of non-japanese breakfast The stay at Shinjuku washington was enjoyable and cost effective when you consider the location.The connectivity to local trains through hotel subway was very helpful especially when the climate was wet and unable to use outside road.The room has all features and for a tourist, it is very comfortable.I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will strongly recommend the hotel to many of my friends visiting Tokyo.
Shopping Tip : The location of the hotel is the best in Tokyo for shopping, night life

Small rooms but very clean. Nog all windows

Travel tip : Closeby the park hyatt - end of the road- the " lost
in translation" hotel whose bar on the top floor is certainly worth a visit

Lowest room rate with promotion. Clean and new.
Limousine station is just right in front of the hotel A bite too far from the city center.
ahve to walk a distance to find for food like restaurant. It is very convenient and comfortable to stay in Shinjuku Washington Hotel in Shinjuku. The hotel although is only 3 star, but it is very new, clean and assessable to either transportation or food or shopping for all the guest who stay in. I will choose to stay in this hotel again if I happen to visit Tokyo in future.

It is self-contained, you will find everything, easy to find, once you were able to leave Shinjuku station. Clean, room maidens are kind and helpful. The structure of the hotel is transparent in spite of the fact that it is huge. Internet, computers, adapters - you can find all of them. 1. Almost all the personnel were kind and helpful, still not without exceptions.
2. The size of the room might not be enough for an American, for me it was, but I would have appreciated a shelf, cupboard whatever, because there was not enough place for my belongings. You might put it on the wall. The pros are much stronger than the cons, I would propose it as a good starting point to look around in Tokyo. You also have a Sword Museum, not far from here, shops for electronic devices, Haiti and Tahiti restaurants etc. The price is tolerable in the largest city of the world in a central area.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Sword Museum is special. (It is a pity they do not have English texts on the walls.)

Good location and very convienient with 24 hours provision shop located on L3.
Airport bus stops at hotel.
Near to shinjuku station where you can get Narita Express train to Narita airport. Hotel is well located, about 5 mins walk from Shinjuku station. Rooms are rather small but well equipped. There is a 24hrs convenience shop like seven 11. For travellers to Narita airport, very convenient to use the airport bus which stops at the hotel or to take the Narita Express train from Shinjuku station.
There are many restaurants on L1 and basement but I have no opportunity to try out.
Restaurant Tip : Mnay small restaurants around the Shinjuku stations.

Rooms are smallish, but I didn't go to Japan to stay in my room.
No gym. This was my first time to Japan. Really enjoyed my stay at the Washington! Really big and busy with lots of facilities for eating and drinking! Has a 24hour convenience store which was really handy! The station and nightlife is only a 5-10 min walk away! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would reccommend this hotel and would stay here again!
Nightlife Tip : Check out the Champion karaoke bar! Same price for every drink and cheap! About 10 min walk, not far from station! Great little bar!

the bathroom, clean check in time is too late.should be 12.oop.m.
far from shopping area.the room should be more space for relax. it is very comfortable to go to this hotel from airport by limousine airport bus.because the bus parks in front of hotel. i like the shower in bathroom,it made me relax.the ramen restaurant that i taste is very delicious, it lacates around 10 minutes walk. the information counter for foreigner is helpful and speaks very clear in english
Restaurant Tip : the ramen restaurant ,sushi restaurant are very good.

Reasonable price, spacious room (smoking room), good service and great locations (Shinkjuku Areas) This hotel locates nearby Shinjuku station which is convinient for traveling to other metro lines, JR and Shinkansen. Hotel itself is clean, spacious room, has Family mart in the building and other quality restaurant.
Tip is to ask for smoking room which you will get bigger sizs than non-smoking room!

Very good location,close to Shinjuku Station and shopping areas, restaurants. Very clean, friendly service, rooms well equipped. High speed internet available in the room was a blessing.Rates reasonable for the area. Rooms fairly small but well planned and OK for singles or couple. Not for family Travel tip : You can have pick up and drop for sightseeing right from hotel lobby. Very convenient
