This hotel is 7 minutes walk from Tokyo station and also a couple of other subway stations - you could not be better located in terms of transport.
The hotel seems newly refurbished, everything is very new, clean and fresh. I also find the pice very reasonable.
The staff was nice and helpful, and their english was good enough that you can make yourself understood. They are happy to help you with queries (they helped me regarding tickets for a show and taxi bookign when I was there).
Th eroom I stayed in was tiny, but then I hear this is normally the case i Tokyo. I didn't mind this though as I was a long traveller with not much baggage. If you are two sharing a room with a lot of bags you may find it a bit crammed, but it's definitely doable.
I would return to this hotel again and would be happy to recommend it to a friend.
Hotel Feature Tip:
ask for a room that is not accessed from the outside if you are visiting during cold months of the year.
do not eat the breakfast in the cafe downstairs, it's disgusting (you buy voucher form the hotel for this breakfast). there's plenty of nice eating options a short walk form the hotel which will cost you the same.

Great little business hotel

It's a business hotel, to be sure. That means small rooms and limited amenities.
That said, it's one of the better executed business hotels I've used in Tokyo. Fit and finish of the rooms are up-to-date & I get a sense of basic pragmatic quality. The rooms are pretty well soundproofed.
My original non-smoking room reeked of smoke, but the clerk immediately switched rooms for me on my request.
The location is very central, extremely convenient. Just around the corner from Takaracho station and a couple blocks from Kyobashi (exit 6). That gets you onto the Toei Asakusa and Ginza lines. It's probably 10-15 walk to Ginza's main drag if you prefer to skip the metro.
The small restaurant bar on the 1st floor serves a basic breakfast for 800 yen. I eat mostly veg for breakfast, and was able to piece together a basic plate with salad, eggs, and rice.
Shopping Tip:
A friend turned me onto these wonderful mochi-wrapped sweet potato snacks, sold in the basement of Mitsukoshi department store in Ginza.

It completly good in the room espcially for the room clean. Recpetion is smilely with great support and can give and advice.The comment just only the free TV channel is not a much to select.( If possibly we hope more free channel service example the movie/Therater chanel in English ).But Finally all is very good to travel as well.
