Just off Meiji Dori and very close to Metro lines. Close to Shopping Mall, Isetan, and other shopping such as dvd,cd and book shops (new and second hand).
The single rooms can be a little small.
I found the staff to be very helpful even when the language barrier was a problem. This being said when they got an english speaking member of staff they did more than would be required of pointing me to a map or guide book.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Hanazono Jinja (a shrine) is very close to the hotel. You can go there to pray for merchandise (unsure if it was the sale of merchandise or long lasting purchase). It is especially active during Matsuri (Festivals) with traditional food for sale, live entertainment and traditional games the like of which you would see at carnivals.

reasonably easy to walk to from main Shinjuku Station. Great location if you're into shopping for expensive brand names.
Tokyo is expensive for what you get.
The hotel was in a good location for what we needed. All areas were clean and tidy, staff were friendly and helpful and spoke reasonable English. At the end of the day, Tokyo is expensive, we found this hotel was in our price range and offered what we were after.

Free Internet, and close to Shinjuku Station (10min walk).
Very very very small rooms. No where to put your luggage down.
We were happy with the location, a little shocked by the size of the room, glad that it had free internet access, but very annoyed that there was loud road work construction right below us that started at 10pm at night and went to 4 in the morning. Jack hammers and everything... Slept about 3 hours max. Though not the hotels fault, it was a huge reason why we wouldn't go back.

We found the nightlife and restaurants that were just blocks from the hotel were the best in Tokyo. The nearest subway station was 5 minutes walk, and that station was one stop from the enormous Shinjuku station. The hotel was also walking distance to parks and a shrine. We stayed at Sunlite for our honeymoon and thoroughly enjoyed it. The rates were very reasonable too.
Restaurant Tip : Okonomiyaki-ha-ha was a nearby restaurant/bar that served fabulous okonomiyaki (firend pancakes).
