京王・小田急永山駅から徒歩５分。駅からホテルまでの間に上り階段がありやや不便。スタッフは丁寧で好感が持てる。
多くのビジネスホテルと比較して部屋は広く、アメニティはシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、バスタオルの備え付けがある。ホテルというよりは研修施設の宿泊棟である。
