Great location and nice room
Excellent location for subways, business and shopping. A large twin room with nice view

I have stayed at several 5-star hotels in Tokyo before but I never realized that how great this hotel was. Great location for business and shopping. You can get to subway station without going out of the hotel. Rooms are large and beautiful with Shoji screen. Great fitness center with a pool and a hot tub. I don't want to see a female bellman, but it seems to be common in Japan.
Overall, this hotel has excellent service.
Restaurant Tip:
Try Prosoycrab (Pro Kanjankejan) in Social Akasaka Building 2F in Akasaka (several min. walking distance) Great Korean crab dishes.

Very stylish and extremely comfortable hotel

We stayed here for 2 nights in October, because I wanted to see the brand new hotel for myself. The hotel is designed more for business travelers, as it does not really provide "attractions". However, every thought and comfort was made in the design of the rooms and facilities. The room itself (Premier Corner Twin) was huge, with a walk-in closetwin sinks. The shower was amazing, as well as the deep soaking tub. Excellent touch providing an audio jack to place your mp3 player in while in the bathroom.
The location is excellent, as it is on top of a subway station.
The bed was seriously the most comfortable I've slept on in years of 5-star hotels. I was afraid the pillow would be difficult, because it wasn't your usual foam or down variety (more traditional Japanese) but I slept like a baby without any aches in the morning.
The service level of the hotel is superb. They made every effort to make us comfortable, and the concierge is extremely helpful.
For those who are fans of modern Japanese design, this hotel is a must-see. Clean lines all throughout without any compromises for comfort.
