Nice gym, perfect service, large rooms, location is very close to Shinagawa station
gym and food at the hotel are very expensive. I ordered a plate of fresh fruits. Literally 5 pieces of fresh cut fruit cost me 32 USD!! Breakfast cost 28 USD per person and food is not that great.
I would visit this hotel again since it is located at close to my office in the Tokyo area. Hotel rooms are clean and spacious. I am particularly a big fan of their "Slow Style" gym.

The staff is very helpful. Good selection of different food in hotel. The garden was charming. The bathroom amenities were awesome!
Large complex and took a while to navigate especially when jet lagged.
Convenient to the train station, good selection of food choices, located for all the tourists pick-ups
Hotel Feature Tip : The garden connecting the hotel was excellent to start the day and end the day...Zen-like.

We loved this hotel! Traveling with a 3 mo old baby is not the easiest thing, but the staff did everything possible to make it easy for us, including expediting check-in for us, upgrading our room to a king size bed (we had reserved twins), storing our luggage while we were in Kyoto, and setting up a crib for our baby. Plus, the proximity to Shinagawa station (3 min walk) is a huge bonus, as it is one of only two stations in Tokyo that is a Shinkansen stop, for those of you who will be exploring more of Japan. As an added bonus, there are tons of shops and restaurants both on the Takanawa side ad Konan sides of the station.
Restaurant Tip : Try out the yummy and fun izakaya restaurant on the Konan exit side, close to the 7 eleven, on the 3rd floor. Delicious and fun!
