The rooms are average, and the hotel staff speak limited English, as the hotel caters mostly to locals from outside of Tokyo, but the hotel is situated in Sumida and is a five to ten minute walk to the Kinsicho station. You can reach a lot of great spots from the station, from Shinjuku to Akihabara, to Nakano, to Chiba, all in one train. Ueno and Asakusa are one transfer away.
For sheer location alone, the hotel deserves consideration. Across the hotel on the other side of the street are convenience stores, local grocers, cafes, and a variety of eateries so it's extremely easy to find something to eat. At the end of the street, there's a park with sakura blossoms, so if you're there in the right season, it's a convenient place for hanami.
Small things: There's a great view of the Tokyo Sky Tree, which should be open in May. The bathroom mirrors have an internal heater, so one section never fogs up even when you have a hot bath. This being Japan, you can rest easy leaving valuables out even when you need your room cleaned up. Japanese TV channels are free, English channels have a surcharge. No wireless Internet in rooms, but wired connection is complimentary.

This is a very nice hotel. It would be perfect for a wedding or anyone wanting to see Tokyo. It is a block from the train station and there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. I would stay here again.

The hotel location is really good,transportation is convenient. But room is too small. Regarding to the service, it is good, and I think I will stay in Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo again in the future.thanks.
Restaurant Tip:
There is one small cateen near the hotel, around 100 metres away, the food is good and price is very low, sorry, I cannot remember the canteen name, because it is in Japanese.

When we first arrived to the hotel, we weren't greeted or received any help for our baggage. The reception spoke English, but there was still a bit of a struggle trying to check in. Once we arrived in our room, we noticed it was a decent size and very quiet. Our bed was a bit soft. When you lie at the edge, you almost feel as if you'll roll right off.
The location was good to catch the public transportation. There is a decent selection of restaurants to choose from.
