Perfect budget accommodation for backpackers! All facilities that u wish for a guest house is there, wifi,kitchen,computer,numerous tokyo pamphlet,etc. All the occupants and staff are very friendly and they can speak good english. Guest also can come in late at night where they will give you pass code.
The only minus is that it is close from 11am-4pm for cleaning and you must walk around 10 minutes from minamisenjyu subway station to get here.
Tips: Make sure you get the direction to this hotel from google maps or their website bcoz this place is quite crowded!if you get lost you can always ask from the friendly locals how to get here.

Warm guesthouse and clean place

You can meet up with local people if you like to practice Japanese language easily. They always respect each other. Men and women can be separated bed room. But just wonder why they have to close between 11 am to4 pm. We don't have any place to take a rest during raining. Anyway they were so kind to help and wait us.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Shinjuku is very huge if you like to see nice light. Good to come here and you can see how different fashion in Japan. I recommend you to visit imperial palace. It should be nice in summer

Great place to stay for a week or two weeks. The sleeping quarters are quiet and there are also washers and dryers available.
Nightlife Tip:
Great nightlife, there are shopping centers everywhere near Asakusa.
