I was in tokyo to participate in an exhibition in Tokyo big sight exhibition ground. Washington hotel is bang infront of this. Its just 1 minute walk from the hotel, which was very convenient. I stayed at 19th floor and the view from here was just amazing. Its just 1 minute walk from the mono rail and also train station, so you are literally connected to complete Tokyo. Free internet was something which is just amazing as i was connected to my office throughout. Direct access to airport thru airport shuttle was also which saves you lot of money considering transportation in Tokyo is quite expensive. There was no english channel on television which i feel is quite unfair at least cnn or bbc should be there.

Cleanliness, fantastic view, easy accessibility, closeness to train station, closeness to the exhibition ground, free internet, direct access to airport thru airport shuttle, closeness to Disney resort.

No English channel on television, most of the restaurant menus in Japanese, very few vegetarian dishes, no 24 hour restaurant.

• Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Disney resort is the best bet near the hotel its fantastic.

My stay was pleasant: the desk staff were very helpful, the food was good, and the hotel shuttle very prompt. This is an older hotel and showing signs of age but cleanly maintained, and in a great location close to Narita with an exceptionally pretty garden and pathways for exploring.
