This enormous resort like hotel is out of reach from all the city noise and yet still very easily accessible.Located in the newly developed Tokyo Bay area and close to the Trade Fair Ground, the hotel is only a three minute walk to the Ariake Station and ten kilometers to the city center.This modern 19 storey sky rise has a full up to date business center, great rooms with internet connections, a trendy beer restaurant, and if you want great views of the city you will find them at the hotels splendid Japanese restaurant.Contemporary designs and d้cor fill the 830 rooms, lobby, and facilities, making this hotel quite a spectacle.

Nice and close to Big Site centre. Well situated for bus and monorail (metro) transport. Excellent Limmousine service from Narita airport and well serviced by other amenities like restaurants and shop for basic necessities. No international TV channels in room and TV card for local stations expensive. You could have more internet computers available free of charge like other Hotels in area. Coming to Japan for the first time, I was guided by my conference organisers regarding accommodations suggestions etc. I found the Washington Hotel a very pleasant hotel to say in, the service was excellent, the staff very friendly and helpfull and the hotel conveniently situated for those wishing to attend meetings or conferences at or near the Big Site centre. Should I visit Tokio again, I would consider staying in your hotel again!

Easy access to Big Site Convention Centre Not on public subway line- private line, requiring different ticket. The Washington Ariake Hotel is well located to the big Site Convention Centre, and easily accessible fromm Narita or Haneda Airports.The lobby and rooms are clean, and hotel staff are more than helpful.If you are attending the Convention Centre at Ariake (Tokyo Big Site), there is no more convenient place to stay- a 2 minute walk, wth no need to cross a road. If you like a Japanese breakfast, then this is the place for you.
Restaurant Tip : Have breakfast there.

good location for exhibition visitors
good restaurants in the building with English understanding staff
staff is very friendly
FOC broadband internet the room is not suitable for longer stays as there is no room to store a suitacase or hang more than two shirts and trousers
storage room too small the hotel lives from its proximity to the exhibition center and this makes it a good exhibition hotel. However the hotel is very functional and lacks of a individual style or colors (pictures, flowers, photos etc missing), everything is grey and white.
The room is small and storage for clothes and suitcase is not good for stays longer than 2 days. The rooms have a good view which make the small rooms better acceptable and they don't seems so small.
Althought the staff is friendly everything is very functional and lacks of personal touch to make guests feel more comfortable. English could be better in the hotel and is very much depending on the individual person you are talking too. Generally one gets along but for a hotel with potentially international guests it should be improved.
