we paid double the price from a city hotel but the facility is old so we are kind of disappointed. there is nothing "disney" about the hotel, not even the amenities. there are old stains on carpet and the spring on the bed is worn out.
the room is spacious though. we stayed in a superior twin room. the super-single bed allow my daughter and i to squeeze into one bed comfortably. the bus drivers were all very friendly just like any of the disneyland staff. we salute to the staff for staying cheerful all day despite the thousands of crowds at the resort in a hot summer!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
1. When you arrive at Disney station, don't hop on the disney line to Bay station. It cost 250Yen per adult. There is no need to buy the day pass too. Use the hotel free shuttle bus. The pick up point is somewhere near the taxi stand (although there is no specific signage). You can look out for the hotel name from the electric signage on the bus.
2. No need to book room with breakfast. The mall (Ikspria) next to the mainstation has a few bakeries that sell breakfast at reasonable price. The bakery arm of the foodcourt at basement also opens early. We took the shuttle bus to the mall for breakfast and walk to Disney.

Charming hotel with huge rooms

The hotel room is huge, but it's a bit old. Bed is hard and I didn't like the blanket too.
Toilet is separate and far from the shower room.
Love the balcony where you can watch the bay and view Tokyo from the distance.

Great location to go to Disney with reasonable px

Room a bit old and no Internet access at lobby. But convenient to go to Disney. Either by bus or mono rail. There is convenient store at lobby but it is a bit expensive than usual shop. I don't think we will come back for next time but probably prefer to stay at hotel Nikko or grand pacific and take the train to Disney.

ディズニーランドに行くために滞在しました。ホテルに入った瞬間に広々したロビーエントランスにまず感動しました。そして、スタッフの方がすぐに声をかけて下さり、barでは、とても親切に写真を撮ってくださったりとサービスの質の高さに夫婦で大満足でした

１２階のbarで東京ゲートブリッジを眺めながら頂くカクテルは格別です
