Friendly staff, spectacular view of Tokyo, convenient to trains and subway, great room.
The registration process was a breeze. The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was well appointed, and the view of Tokyo from our room was spectacular. For those interested in sports or amusement parks, the hotel is adjacent to the Tokyo Dome sports arena and to an amusement park, lots of shops, concert venue and resturants. Train station and subway stations are very convenient, and the hotel is within walking distance of several very interesting areas of the city.

Staff great. View awesome. Location perfect. Room great. Bathroom very nice.
The room and hotel itself were magnificent. The bathroom and amenities were also great. Our room was spacious enough to accomodate 3 people. The view from the glass-walled elevators was awesome. The location was great, only one train stop, a change at Akihabara, and another two trains stops away from Tokyo station. It's also a stop for the airport limousine. It's right across the street from JR Suidobashi station. Unfortunately, the soundproofing was so bad that sleep was impossible until after midnight because there were people making noise.
Hotel Feature Tip : Be careful which elevators you get on. There are some that only go to the high floors and skip the middle. You may have to go back down and start over.

Professional and courteous staff. Location and convenience to public transportation and shopping/sightseeing. Nice views. Clean rooms.
Sometimes slow elevators. The room and hallway carpets showing wear.
The Tokyo Dome Hotel is nice. The staff is friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Most staff I interacted with spoke enough English to understand our needs. If an employee doesn’t understand English, they will, no doubt, find someone who does. The hotel facilities and guest rooms are kept very clean, as is the entire Tokyo Dome City/LaQua area. My only (very minor) complaints: 1) The carpet in our room, although very clean, was showing wear and tear, along with a lot of little stains, and the hallway carpet on our floor was bunched up in spots from the room cleaning carts. 2) The elevator service is slow at times. Avoid the elevators during peak chek-in times and after events at the Tokyo Dome let out (there are signs that warn of up to 30 minute waits after Dome events). A couple of times, we waited probably 5-7 minutes for an elevator even though it appeared to be a slow time at the hotel. We never felt insecure or under-served while there. The hotel is just a few minutes walking distance from 4 train/subway stations. Suidobashi (JR Sobu line), Suidobashi (Mita line), Kasuga (Mita & Oedo lines), and Korakoen (Marunouchi & Namboku lines). Using the trains and subway is easy, especially if you get a “suica” card. The card is good on all Tokyo trains and subway lines. Also, the ticket machines in the stations have a button for English instructions.
Restaurant Tip : Get to an authentic Japanese restaurant for the best food. You’ll need to know some Japanese language, or take Japanese friends (our friends took us) since the menus are in Japanese and the staff most likely doesn’t speak any English. I discovered unagi (sea eel) and it is so good!!
