It was well-situated for what we wanted to do In Tokyo -close to the train station so we could get everywhere. Room was very clean & neat. Service was great, staff friendly and very helpful. Our room was for 3 people and my husband & I had to sleep in single bed instead of double we requested. We did not get non-smoking room as requested. Because there were 3 of us the room was very crowded with our suitcases so it was hard to move in the room. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel because we were close to a train station so we could get anywhere we wanted to go. We like the room because it was neat, clean and comfortable. Though the room was very small it was quite adequate as we only stayed in the room for short periods outside of sleep. The staff were very kind & friendly and though they didn't all speak English we had no trouble communicating with them. They were very helpful with any queries we made and endeavoured to meet our requests. I was impressed that they were able to direct us whatever our queries were. Overall, I would recommend the hotel. Small rooms were common in Japan. It was a very good hotel that was value for money spent.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : We did the open-air double decker bus tour of Tokyo that starts from across the road from the Tokyo Rail Station. It lasts for 45 minutes and leaves on the hour each day.It was excellent value for many and a great way to see some of the city.
