good restaurants inside, near the tokyo tower and roppongi hotel needs to be renovated, it looks old and dusty the hotel is 2 steps away from the roppongi area. a taxi ride to roppongi is around yen 710. The hotel is quite old and the rooms should undergo a deep renovation. you can definetely find a better place to stay for the price you have to pay for.
however the restaurants inside the hotel are fine even though a bit pricey. mini bar was empty.

Good location close to Roppongi and easy transport links. Decent enough breakfast. Room very comfortable. Shower wasn't great. Internet cost Y1575 a day! My room was supposed to be a single but there was room enough for two people. I asked for a smoking room with internet but was initially allocated no smoking. They switched me with no bother but then there was no internet (which I need for work) so they moved me, again cheerfully. The cost of internet usage was way too much though - no need to charge that much. Getting the shower to work at a comfortable temperature was a bit of an effort but, other than that, the room was very comfortable if a bit old fashioned.
