Close to the kayabacho Train Station
The toilet is too small and could hardly wash due to tight space.
The hotel is nicely located in a very good environment close to most ammenities like the train station, shops and restaurants. The staff of the hotel are very helpful and ready to assist despite the language barrier which makes the communications difficult. The shortcoming or weakeness of the hotel is the space. the room is too small and the toilet is so narrow otherwise it was a nice experience.

Attractive and clean lobby, friendly staff and convenient location. It's nice and close to subway and rail lines as well as some restaurants.
I would have liked a non-smoking room. I also didn't appreciate being asked for a copy of my passport and not being told about the built-in 10% gratuity.
I stayed here on my first visit to Tokyo. The location is convenient and the room itself is pretty typical of a Japanese standard-rate single room. Even the cleaning staff spoke English. The room was very clean and the building itself is handsome. I'd use it again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Convenient monorail location for Asakusa and the Imperial Palace!

Nice place, near the Nihombashi metro station, and JR station. Staff are very kind. The breakfast is very good.
I stayed there on Nihonbashi Universe Hotel for business, and I liked very much because the staff can speak in English was easy to me. The rooms are good. When I will need to return to Tokyo I will be there again.

I would stay again for the price, but remember you are not getting the amenties that you would get from a travel hotel, because this is strictly a business hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Even though it was in a business district, Asakusa is a 5 minute cab right from the hotel.
