We enjoyed our stay at the Yaesu Terminal Hotel despite the smallness of the room. The excellent location more than makes up for this, particularly if you're only staying a couple of nights and using it as a base for sightseeing.
Very good location just 5 minutes from Tokyo Station so very convenient for transport links to Narita and Shinkansen services. Friendly and efficient staff.
Rooms are small with not much room for luggage.
- Restaurant Tip : There is an excellent South Indian restaurant which caters for vegetarians called Dhaba Indiana about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Turn left out of the front entrance then right at the next junction. Continue along for about 10 minutes and it's on the right hand side.
Good value for money right at the center of TokyoGuest Rating: 3.8

We spent four nights at Yaesu Terminal Hotel and we enjoyed a very practical and functional stay. Yaesu is in front of the Tokyo Central Station so you don't waste time moving around. There are many shops and restaurants around and Ginza, the Imperial Palace and the Kabuki Theater are at walking distance. Rooms are very small but this is not a problem if you just want to sleep at a reasonable price.
Perfect location (in front of central station, close to malls and many restaurants)
Excellent service
Good breakfast
Very small rooms

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night in Tokyo. We wanted a place close to Tokyo Station because we were going to catch the Narita Express to the airport the next day. All in all, we were satisfied with our stay. The hotel is situated very close to Tokyo Station, which is very convenient. You can even walk to the Imperial Palace and Garden (this took us about 20-30 minutes) if the weather is nice. The rooms aren't very big but that is very common in Japan. Bathrooms are "cookie cutter" style, and pretty tight. Internet in the room is free.
close proximity to Tokyo Station; clean
a little expensive (but understandable given that everything in Japan is expensive)
