Old, outdated and cramped

I needed a rest and had to stay overnight in Utsunomiya and could not find any hotel available except Hotel Sky. It's a long walk from the JR station but easy to find.
The room was so cramped and had cigarette smell. I had to open the window to ventilate which helped. The bathroom made me feel claustopobic it felt like the one on the plane. The toilet flushed really loud. The hotel was fully booked though. I could hear people moving thru the walls. Breakfast was not so good and the dining room was so small it could not fit everybody, so one had to hurry and finished up.
One of the worst stay experience. Still, the receptionists were very nice.
