Fully renovated and opened in April 2008, this tastefully decorated property is an attractive option for Yamagata, and just seven minutes from the station. Most travelers to Yamagata are there on business but leisure travelers will appreciate the high mountains surrounding the city. Temples to explore include the Yamadera and the Zao Onsen should not be missed. The new facility has 152 revived rooms and three fine restaurants as well as 10 large meeting rooms and banquet halls. The hotel can arrange excellent summer hiking, or great winter skiing.
