Solo travelers Canada, April 04, 2013	Close to Minato Mirai but quiet surroundings Clean, convenient, great breakfast 8.3 Very comfortable business hotel where is conveniently located right at Basamichi Station. Walkable distance to Minato Mirai & Yamashita park. Close to major attractions at Yokohama. Though room is a bit small and bathup was not the most practical and hard to climb for eldery like my mother, the room itself is very clean and comfortable. Staffs are very helpful & accomodating. They speak decent English. Breakfast was very nice, a lot of variation though the room is a bit small, sometimes it barely could accomodate a lot of guests during breakfast hours. But overall, very happy with my stay and will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Couples New Zealand, March 22, 2013	room size is bigger than expected.comfortable comfortable room, good service, good breakfast 8 satisfactory overall. the room is bigger than expected. the breakfast was great.Friendly and helpful front desk staff.Free coffee is a plus though this is only offered at certain time of the day. very clean and comfortable room though the air condition is centrally controlled as in most hotels and we cannot adjust the temperature when the room is a bit warm.

The room is dusty and small. They even had stained bed sheet. The carpet was so dusty and and smelled weird. They dont provide wifi access in the hotel. Only business center which had very slow internet connection and slow processor. We needed about 45 minutes more to do simple booking. Breakfast is quite good, not many menu options though.
