Decent location
Biggest most professional style hotel - with proximity entry cards for the doors
Modern looking facilities with all the trimmings at a business hotel price
Nice clean rooms that were larger than average by standard Japanese rooms, especially at the price!
Lawsons right downstairs :) Main thing were the less than great directions. We had a lot of trouble finding it in the dark / pouring rain.
Not so close to the cosmos clock area but easy enough to get to. Big hotel, just like a typical chain. This hotel had the most foreigners of any hotels we stayed in.
LCD TV, all the mod cons you'd want from a hotel, and larger than average rooms.
Its easy to get to/from Kannai (JR) station once you know where it is. But they didn't mention that you can take a private subway to Bashamichi which is pretty much at the doorstep of the hotel. Would have been nice to know!
Nice big hotel.
Note, there is one 2 stops before Kannai (Yokohama) that is signed almost identically, do not confuse this with that one! Overall great hotel and would stay again if in the area, although perhaps in the Yokohama one.
Excellent value at this location though!

The hotel is located within walking distance of Yokohama's Chinatown and is directly above a subway station with direct access to Yokohama and Shin-Yokohama stations. The rooms were older but perfectly comfortable, with plenty of hot water. The desk staff was unable to locate my reservation (placed though Agoda) for a considerable time at check in. As mentioned above, the hotel was in a good location. We were able to walk over to Chinatown in about 20 minutes, and there were a full range of services within a few minutes of the hotel. In addition, the hotel was reasonably priced. I have no problem recommending this hotel. The breakfast buffet was decent and there was a Lawson in the basement. All in all, the hotel is a good choice for the mid-priced traveler.

Very good location, just have to cross the road from a subway station. Quite alot of eating places available around the area. There's a convenience stall just at the 1st floor of the hotel so that's pretty good. Hotel stuff don't really speak english, room is rather small and a bit old.
Though hotel is near a subway station, but still quite far from attractions in Yokohama. At least a 20 mins walk? Overall a pleasant stay. Hotel staff do not really speak english so we were just gesturing most of the time. Room was pretty small and a tad old but that's ok for us. We only stayed 1 night so we didn't have much expectations. The location of the hotel was easy for us to locate. Once you exit the subway station, you'll see the hotel. We walked to the attactions in Yokohama so we didn't take advantage of its accessibility to a subway station. If i had to go to Yokohama again, i wouldn't mind staying there again.

clean, big bed, fast internet, near laundromat, near train stations, near restaurants sharp springs in bed, pillows were hard, tiny bugs in bathroom i would stay here again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : we loved the view from the landmark tower at night.

close by everything i wanted to see, great room, very polite and professional staff. no dislikes for this hotel. Definitely worth another stay. Great room, great staff, great hotel overall. Next time I stay in Japan I will be booking my stay with the Isesakicho Washington Hotel Yokohama, regardless of the rates. Staff is very well versed in the surrounding area, has no problem trying to work through language barriers and are patient in dealing with any type of customer.
Hotel Feature Tip : If possible, bring in a few food/drink vending machines on various floors in case of late check-ins after everything in town is closed. There might have been some there, I just did not notice them.

Modern conviences. Great location. Close to the mass transit. Close to great eateries. Close to shopping. Very quite. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel. It is centrally located. Close to mass transit,many excellant eateries and restaurants. It is short walk from the shopping that appeals to all tastes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is immaculate and well maintained. There is a hotel store on the bottom floor which can provide you with any thing that you may need or if you wish to grab a tastey snack. The room is very clean and provides all the comforts of home plus more. Patrons have use of the internet in a comfortable climate that is very quite. Fellow patrons are very satisfied and respectful. The rooms are very quite and the surroundings are pleasant. The decor is very appealing.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Close to Coco's. Home of curry dishes. Many fasinating places near by. Locals are very friendly and helpful.

Friendly personel, clean rooms, located nearby the great shopping streets and mall's No wireless internet at the room I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Yokohama and who likes shopping and going out to clubs or restaurants as the hotel is very good located. All can be done by walking or a taxi.
It has very friendly staff and the room is clean and with lot's of space.
All for a reasonable price.
I would use the hotel again for my next visit when i need a hotel.
Nightlife Tip : Very good restaurants and shops nearby at the Isesaki Mall, everything can be visited by food, clubs, shops, restaurants

staff: warm a little bit smell of smoke basically this is an excellent hotel for business or budget travelers. the room size is decent for a Japanese hotel, and actually it is not far from the JR line, Kannai station. With a Lawson convenient store just on the 1/F open for 24 hours, this hotel is really handy.

Good price, next to subway This is a good sized business hotel, located about 20 minutes walk west from Chinatown. The subway stops next to the hotel however. The staff spoke English, the rooms were normal in Japan, comfortable yet small. Free internet, local maps available. Noge area has some good bars, as well as Motomachi area.
Restaurant Tip : Their buffet at Y1750 was reasonably priced by Japan standards.

Great hotel. location next to 2 major railines was excellent. Website stated they were located at YOHOAMA RAIL STATION but that was not correct. THey are located 4 subway stops on BlUE LINE away. Very modern,clean business/tourist hotel. The staff are very frendly and try very hsrd to be helpful. Excellent dining room for breakfast and lunch. Location of hotel in Yohoama makes it easy for traveling around town because they are located between to major rail lines. Lawson's Store is located right inside the hotel and makes it easy to obtain any supplies or needed snacks for the day.
Hotel Feature Tip : Checkout is 10 am but hotel will store your luggage free of charge.

Good location, comfortable rooms, courteous staff We could not find any weaknesses with the hotel or its services. The hotel is exactly as described. The staff were very pleasant and courteous and we had no difficulty in communicating in English. The rooms were clean and comfortable with little street noise. The hotel was well located for us as we could walk to all of the attractions we wanted to see.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : When travelling overeseas we like to choose a hotel from which we can walk to attractions. This hotel is well located for tourists who enjoy walking
