Efficient, good breakfast included, very close to Chinatown, not far from the Seafront.
We stayed at the hotel during a conference in the Yokohama Port Opening Memorial Hall which is just along the road so very convenient. Clean modern hotel with all the facilities you expect from a modern business hotel. Rooms were good, bed was comfortable, etc. Staff were helpful even booking cinema tickets for us at the local theatre (we couldn't cope with the Japanese website). The hotel is right on the edge of Chinatown so there are literally hundreds of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel has its own restaurant which we only used for the included breakfast but that was always a good start to the day, nothing fancy but good quality. The hotel is also very close to the Kanagawa Prefectural buildings so if you are doing business with the Prefecture this would be ideal. There is also a subway station very near to the hotel so you can visit more far-flung parts of Yokohama.
Restaurant Tip : nearly all the restaurants in Chinatown and Yokohama in general have displays of plastic food in their front windows and its not considered improper to just go and point at what you want if you can't cope with the menu!

The place is clean and close to many attractions.
Staff were very friendly and speaks english very well. Excellent customer service and definitely I will stay in this hotel again.
