I was given a 2 level upgrade upon checking in. It was a suite. The view is beautiful. The room provides everything I need. Internet. Warm shower and even a air cleaner in the bedroom (for smoking room). The only comment is the tv channels are Japanese only and other foreign language channels.

for the price i could have gotten a better hotel. the online pictures are not accurate. the bed was kind of worn down and the shower smelled like urine. no in room service for food and nowhere to store your clothing. there is a small closet to hang your coat and that's it. the room gets extremely hot during the day and you cant control the thermostat in the room it's either on or off and it's either hot or cold. the view of yokohama city was amazing and that offset for the negative things mentioned above. i would recommend staying but not more than one day.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you want to have a nice view of Yokohama City then this is where you should stay. Request the bay view and you will be amazed. There are several restaurants around the hotel and access to the Bullet Train, Yokohama JR line and the Yokohama City Subway line is a mere 5 minute walk.

ok hotel but shabby rooms

I hate writing bad reviews and this one is my first. Nothing bad to say about the service or facilities of the hotel. However our hotel room was the most terrible room i've ever stayed in in my entire life.
I wasnt expecting much for sure, but so many bad things about the room. The bathroom was clean and new which was the good thing. Carpet was dirty dirty brown stains all over the room. Bed was the worst mattress I ever slept on. We could not get a wink of sleep on these uncomfortable mattresses.
The room did no look anything like the room in the picture.

Convenient, friendly and good service
Very close to Shin-Yokohama station; Can see the Tokyo Sky Tree, Tokyo Tower and Yokohama Bay Bridge from some rooms on the upper floors; Staff speak good english and the service is good; Rooms just rennovated - nice;

Enjoyed the stay, staff very nice.
The hotel is connected to a shopping centre and has much more shopping close by at Shin-Yokohama station.
The rooms are simple but neat and clean.
Beds are large enough for someone over 6ft tall, and fairly wide - a good thing in Japan.
The view from the upper floors is lovely - especially at night.

This is a hotel with a great location. The hotel is a little old, and non-smoking rooms are not readily available. The staff was not helpful with request for a non-smoking room.

Extremely convenient hotel with wonderful access

This hotel is in a fabulous location as it is a few minutes away from Shin-Yokohama Station where you can hop on the bullet train. It also has wonderful access to boutique stores, a multitude of restaurants, spa, gym, grocery store etc. Also, the price is extremely reasonable for the space you can get. Only drawback is time required to travel to central tokyo.
