Service is excellent. Very clean. Free internet.

Spa expensive to use.

Stayed for three days. Very helpful staff. Found directions when required. Very clean and impressive hotel. Restaurant have good choice with excellent buffet breakfast.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Train system is very cheap and easy to use once you have studied the map a bit or used a few times. Lots of signs to follow. Japanese people will always help when asked.

out side veiw was great and very near to shopping place and subway and even to amuzing park and sea. Especially, we could go to Queen's square where is exhibition place with shopping and dinning place without umbrela very near place and Queen's square has subway station named Minamoto??

room funiture was kind of old. and a lot of event in hotel and connected to conference and event hall so it was kind of noisy 1st and front desk floor

Location of hotel was very convenient for transpotation, shopping, amuzing park, sea sightseeing, dinning and exhibition place. I can say it is real cener of Yokohama city with nice view than around Yokohama station. And it is near to Yokohama station and bus terminal to airport by one station far.

Shopping Tip : We could go to queen's square without umbrela for shopping in raining day because there was glass ceiling until to reach there.

great location, good facilities and great view of the city from hotel rooms.

quite expensive

very nice hotel in a great location in Yokohama. amazing views of the city and Minato Mirai and the amusement park (big wheel etc) from hotel rooms including the Landmark Tower. Rooms are fairly by Japanese standards with good facilities. The staff were also very friendly.
