First I booked a single, and turned out they gave me a twin...which is fine , the hotel is in good location, where the alm giving ceremony is just right outside the room, close the Wat Xieong Tien and 10 minutes to the night market and palace museum, I like it that it's not really in the busiest area so I got to feel the quiet atmosphere. All was fine until I checked out, they said I needed to pay for a 7 up which I didn't drink, (about 2 USD which is nothing) I promised to god I didn't drink it , but for their convinience I will pay for them. The front desk said sorry to me and received my money... So like other people said they lost 100USD, I was a scapegoat for a 7 up haha....If you don't care about these details , then it's a good hotel and friendly staff.

They are safe next to the reception, but I always carry my i pad with me

location was great...quiet part, tak bat route without the crowds, main temple/ cafes/ restaurants very accessible.
service was alright and the staff were friendly and helpful. airport transfers were however messed up. there was no driver waiting on arrival despite email confirmation a few days before. also, when leaving early morning on last day, i had to pay for my ride to the airport as the staff advised their driver will only be available around 8am (free transfers were supposed to be part of the room rate).
