Love the great location , amid restaurants and temples.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Can give Morning elms at guesthouse one block away, this spot is very peaceful, not filled with the hassle of tourists elms sight like on the main road one block away. This spot, we can join the locals from the neighborhood and even learn the true local practice with over 200 monks walking pass daily.

Excellent hotel - good price - good location.

this hotel is very well sitiated on the banks of the mekong river and close to the shops and restaurants. next door is a shop that arranges motor bikes and cycle hire as well as tuk tuk hire. in fact they will help with every requirement. the proprietor is "sars" who is a very helpful young man.
the hotel is very clean and the staff very frindly, service is excellent. breakfast vouchers are available to be provided 50 yards up the road. wifi connection is available and very good.
the cost per room is very reasionable indeed. taxis to and from the airport cost us$ 8 per trip and will take 5 passengers easily.
