Couples Australia, May 09, 2013	Great guesthouse Friendly staff, location, rate 7.7 Great, clean guesthouse, the staff are lovely, very helpful, even let us check out on our last day and come back in the afternoon for a shower before our 24hr bus trip! Close to bars (the popular utopia bar) restaurants, the river, night markets and mt phousi Great area, would highly recommend

Groups United States of America, May 05, 2013	good value in a good location good location, price, friendly staff 9 I enjoyed this guesthouse and we actually stayed for three additional nights, but we did switch into two double rooms instead of the quad room. The quad room was just quite small for the four of us and the bathroom didn't smell that good so we decided to move into two quad rooms for just about $2.50 more a night. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they allowed me to use a phone charger after I realized we had left mine back at the last guesthouse. There's water every day and coffee and the guesthouse is in a great location.
