The hotel is 5 minutes walk going to night market and it is close to all the temples. The hotel staff are so helpful and friendly. It was great stays at this hotel.
From the standard I believe that the hotel needs improve their housekeeping.
This hotel is unique and it is quite cheap compare to other hotels in Luang Prabang. The staff are so helpful if you need something they really help you out. The hotel is in the center of tourist attraction in the the town.

nice rooms, close to airport, clean
The hotel provides nice and clean room with friendly staff. Very close to the airport and price is reasonable. A great place to stay when Bankok airport is the transfer point for other locations in South East Asia. Food is just so so.

cable tv and wi-fi available
aircon was leaking and the toilet floor flooded. think they need to service / clean the filter of the aircon so that the musky smell will disappear
The breakfast at Rama Hotel is great. I love their muesli, porridge and pure ginger tea. The staff is friendly, although they can brush up more on their command of English. In the room, the air conditioning is probably due for cleaning as I was sneezing from the dust generated by it. Wi-fi and cable TV compensated for it and it was an overall good stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : It is 2 streets down from the night market and has 2 groceries shop around the corner

value for money, good location
Rama Hotel is a warm, small hotel that made my brief stay in Luang Prabang a wonderful one. Besides the slight problem with the shower and bathroom, I must say staff were very friendly and helpful. They got me umbrellas to bring along to the night market in case it rained later. How sweet! Not too far from the night market and breakfast was simple but good!

Good room with clean sheet and towels. Fridge available. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast-buffet for all kinds of taste.
The hotel is situated outside the center of the city and the most important sites to visit.
Arriving at Luang Prabang by boat you should ask for a tuk-tuk that will you bring to the hotel, which is situated at an important distance from the pier. When you are fit for walking it is possible to go to the evening market; that will take you only 15 minutes walk. The breakfast is a buffet with plenty of good food and good coffee with fresh milk.
Shopping Tip : Night market only a 15 minutes walk from your hotel.

Hotel is reasonable price which is include breakfast. They are a nice staff there. And i appreciate so much about free wireless internet.
I think the location is a bit far ( but not much) when wanna walk to main street of Luangprabang.. because it came there with my family (dad and mom)..but if the younger it OK.
Overall, it OK..acceptable room and reasonable price with nice staff.. i will recomment my friend to go there.

Helpful staff, clean room, basic
Not really in town center, poor bathroom, air-condition didn’t work
We stayed in this hotel two weeks ago. Room consisted of three beds, and there was no free space for suitcases, or anything else. The room was clean, bat very basic and bathroom needs to be renovated... We also had some problems with air-condition but there was no need for it during the night, which was good. Hotel is not really in town center, you have to walk about 10 min.

Counter staff extremely friendly.
Great location.
Good breakfast selection for meat eaters but very limited for vegetarians.
Limited hot water!
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel due, mainly, to the cheerfulness and hospitality of the staff.
Breakfast was plentiful but-in my case as a vegetarian-quite limited in range.
The room was a good size, clean and well presented but views are quite limited.
Although not in the heart of the town it was only a 10 minute walk to the night market and some of the sites are nearer such as Wat Wisunarat, virtually next door!
On the down side, although the bathroom was adequate, hot water was quite limited while the range of gurgling noises coming at regular intervals from the plug hole is worth enduring simply for the comedy value!
Restaurant Tip : A short walk from the hotel is the Traditional Arts and Ethnology Centre. Even if you don't pay to see the small but interesting display, walk around the side to the cafe for a refreshing lunch and hot green tea on the veranda of this renovated colonial building; very peaceful and away from the throngs of 'falang'!

Nice location, helpful staffs.
This hotel is good value for money. Nice location (can walk to Phusi, Night Market etc.) and very helpful staffs. Although the decoration and furniture is not new but clean and safe enough to stay there without worrying. It's also very close to a famous temple, Visoon temple. All in all, I am satisfied with staying here for 2 nights.

It is located in Luang Prabang.
Bathroom was poor.
No isolated area for showering except for a curtain.
Toilet would not shut off. Asked that it be repaired and it wasn't.
I was disappointed with this facility.
I have stayed at similar priced facilities in Thailand and Vietnam so I am not comparing apples and oranges.
The toilet would not shut off. It kept dripping our entire stay. I requested that it be fixed and it was not. I ran the ventilation fan all night long to mask the sound of dripping toilet.
The shower was terrible - insufficient hot water, water ran all over the bathroom because there was no separate showering area except for a mildewed curtain.

Complimentary water, short walking distance from main street and sights
Very poor bathroom, if you shower the bathroom gets flooded. Breakfast was unacceptable, we went out to have brakfast at a cafe twice.
Very basic hotel, but ok if you stay there only a couple of nights and you are out most of the day.

Clean rooms, excellent service. There's no lift, but the hotel is only 4 stories high.

Easy access to the river, with traditional and neat facilities. Friendly staff.
The water from the toilet was hard to stop after flushing.
