Basic Hotel Guest Rating: 2.5

Very basic hotel, but ok if you stay there only a couple of nights and you are out most of the day.

Complimentary water, short walking distance from main street and sights

Very poor bathroom, if you shower the bathroom gets flooded. Breakfast was unacceptable, we went out to have brakfast at a cafe twice.

Un muy buen lugar lo recomiendo. Tendrían que resolver el problem de la desconexión con internet. La gente que atiende es humilde y eficiente. Un gusto realmente. Volvería con todo placer al mismo hotel si algún día regreso a luang Praban.

Habitación amplia. Muy buena cama. Limpieza. Buena iluninación. Buen funcionamiento de los artefactos elécttricos. Buen desayuno, variado y libre.

La wifi se desconectaba con facilidad.

Clean rooms, excellent service. There's no lift, but the hotel is only 4 stories high.

Easy access to the river, with traditional and neat facilities. Friendly staff.

The water from the toilet was hard to stop after flushing.

Wouldn't recommend this hotel. The price compared to others not listed on Agoda were far more fair. Laos is cheap, choices near the river were half the price and more comfortable overall. Free wifi was worth some of the extra cost if it wasn't so buggy.

Location is far from the center, price for value is quite low. Other choices near the river are cheaper and better overall.

Quite a solid little hotel. Its not much to look at, but they certainly do their best. About 10 min walk from the markets and bars. Recommended!

This was a great hotel value for money and well positioned to enjoy the sights of this heritage listed city. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast adequate. The staff spoke good English and were most helpful. I was accompanied by my daughter on this trip and intend to return within the next 2 years with my wife and will stay there again.

A delightful 4 story hotel with roomy bedrooms and a clean bath. It is about 10 minute walk away from the hubble and bubble of night market but close enough to walk anywhere in town. Walk to the left when leaving the hotel and take the road leading to a neat little area of good restaurants and shops in a quiet neighborhood. As you walk down the street, the Wat Phisou looms high overhead sparkling above the forest. A great sight and another path that leads down to the river area. All in all a good value and a comfortable hotel.

• Travel tip : only a short walk from the Lao Lao Garden restaurant which serves an incredible variety but a great barbecue. patrons are surrounded by a lovely tropical garden and can even eat high up in the new tree house. The owner is a delightful American who is a great host.

Best place for sightseeing, shopping, quiet and clean. Good rooms, staff is helpful.

Nice place, near all temples, just all around the hotel, very quiet, peaceful place

no swimming pool, roof top garden is fully destroyed

• Restaurant Tip : the best place to eat is Martins pub- cheap, good food, good music.
