The Apsara Hotel Luang Prabang Info

Price and benefit are appropriate. Hotel is located 5 min walk away from the city center. Room is nice, big and in good condition. I recommend the hotel. The price and the location convince. The rooms on the first floor have great river view! We would stay there again.

Clean rooms.
Nice Location.
Nice bathrooms. Very Dissapointed with this hotel. The Rooms, Cleanliness of rooms were very good. However, the breakfasts were not worth getting up. On Two mornings The Staff had no supervision and were shouting across rhe Restaurant and reception area to each other. The Staff also left the hotel to spit on the floor on right outside the area guests were eating breakfast, on two mornings at least 3 staff including waiting staff spat on the floor, also all staff left the restaurant area to hang around and sit on theirt motorbikes, leaving nobody on the reception and no service staff to attend to guests.
I will return again to Luang Prabang, But will never stay at Apsara again.

Nice rooms, good location, helpful staff. Overpriced, but probably no more so than Luang Prabang as a whole. We stayed for 3 nights in early February. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely, decorated in traditional style and with a balcony overlooking a (quiet) road and the river. Comfy bed, great shower. Breakfast was basic - eggs and fruit - but good. Everything was within walking distance. We would definitely go back.
Travel tip : Get your laundry done up the road - they did an excellent job for 10,000 kip a kilo.
