Good location: about a block from the main street and a block from the river.
Rooms were very clean
Service was very good. It is a small inn so service is very personal
The shower head is a joke. It took me a while to adjust it properly but it was uncomfortable to use.
I was there for just 1 night so it didn't matter that much, but I would have been annoyed if I was there longer.
I needed an affordable but clean place to stay with good location and this hotel served all that. Service was very personal, rooms were very clean and it was very quite. Air conditioning only works when you insert the key, so it takes some time to get the room cool. TV worked fine and it had a nice balcony where you could see the monks receiving alms at 6:00am. Breakfast was simple but adequate, and it was in the nice green backyard. Overall, very satisfied (expect for the shower head that was uncomfortable to use)

Quiet, comfortable, nice balcony
not ridiculously cheap but not too bad
The hotel is off the main road but not too far off. Well positioned for temples, food, the night market and the river but far enough from all of them not to be affected by noise. I'd certainly consider staying there again.DO MAKE SURE you write down the name of the hotel though, as the name sounds like another hotel, where I was first taken by the airport taxi. Fortunately the owner was happy to run me to the correct place on his motorbike ;)
Hotel Feature Tip : write down the name of the hotel for the airport taxi

i value cleanliness, thus a 5 which is deserved.
no real 'cons' to speak of, but whenever there's a 'but' there's something you would've wished were
different.
the bathroom was a bit too spartan, vis-a-vis
price, not in terms of supply of shampoo and all these extras, for which i donot care, but shower-head and water pressure left a lot tobe desired.
aircon, open windows were not an alternative at all at all, was efficient but blew straight down
in my face, result: running nose and sore throat.
advice: move some three feet towards door to balcony and the thrust of the cool/cold air goes into the corridor towards the bathrom door.
would i visit again? - hmm find it too pricey for
what i get.
