The room did not have a clean toilet dirty. Air it needs to sleep with the fan on the door. On the second full bathroom is available. No towels. There is no fridge, no maid washing towels.

Groups Hungary, January 19, 2013	worst choice at Luangphabang first cange the staff, then renovate rooms, then clean the bedsheets and the room 2 We travelled with a group and thought that despite the few comments we found about this hotel we would give it a try... that was the worst choice during our Southeast Asia trip... 4 of our rooms had completly dirty bedsheets like someone was stepping on them, the other had blood like spots. They said they cant change them cause they have no more sheets and the person with the clean sheets will come in next morning. After a 15 min. of arguement somehow they got sheets. Not to mention that the internet wasnt really working. But the worst thing came next day. The cleaning girl during the day used my gf`s laptop which had no password set. How we knew it? ...she was so stupid that she forgot to log out from her Facebook. Other stuff in the suitcase was moved too, but apparently nothing was missing. When we wanted to talk with the manager we found only a bunch of kids who claimed they run the hotel. We went to the tourist police, to leave ar report but they were useless. Finally we found the office where hotel licences are issued. We found out that none of these guys was owner or manager, and made a complaint too. By the time we got back to the hotel the "manager" was completly drunk, loud and annoying. Otherwise the hotel isnt centrally located at all, but you can find a few bars nearby. The hotel has potential but needs to be renovated, cleaned and all those kids from the staff changed... oh, by the way we asked this and other hotels nearby, and all gave us a much lower walk in rate than their online rates. Avoid this hotel, you can get way better ones for the money and closer to the center!!
