uI had a comfortable stay with no issues. The staff were minimal but friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was tiny and no evening meal was available but there is a good coffee shop/restaurant across the road. The location is nowhere, about 1.5km from the town centre. There are no taxis. There is a small, clean swimming pool. So although the hotel is nice, I don't recommend it because of the location, unless you travel by car.

The hotel was really nice especially after spending 3 days in the jungle. It bordered on luxurious. The rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds. The staff were attentive and had reasonable English. Breakfast takes a little longer than you would expect but it is fresh. Fresh pancakes and crepes are on offer. The swimming pool is great and a nice temperature.

Overall really good. We booked one night on either side of the Tree Top Explorer. The hotel kindly stored are bags and held are passports etc. in a secure place. The pool was lovely and the rooms were really nice and they even had dressing gowns and slippers. When we checked out on the last day we took the hotel airport shuttle and paid $5, however, we had to share it with 2 other people who we also assume paid the $5. Perhaps this should have been split.
