Very good hotel away from the main road
This hotel is walkable to some great restaurants. Hotel staff were flexible, friendly and helpful.

We stayed at Residence Sisouk twice - once for two nights before leaving for Don Khong in Si Phan Don (4 Thousand Islands). The second stay was for one night upon our return from Don Khong.
We quite liked the hotel. It's a cool old restored building with hardwood floors, high ceilings and small balconies. The elevator is the coolest - in fact, my wife had to have her photo taken in it. The staff was great - helpful and flexible. On our departure we had an early flight and so breakfast was served for us 30 minutes earlier than they officially opened. We booked superior rooms (which I believe is their lower room category) for both stays and have no complaints. We also liked that the hotel was central and yet off the busiest/noisiest roads. A number of good restaurants are within a 5 to 10 minute walk.
The only downside was that the wifi wasn't working for either of our stays. Fortunately, the staff gave us the password for the wifi at the attached Sinouk Cafe) although this meant we only had access in the lobby or the cafe.
All in all, we liked it and we'd stay there again.

Very attentive and friendly staff, beautiful view and balcony, great breakfast at the top restaurant with wonderful view

My friends and I booked different rooms to evaluate the different levels. Each room was very nice, both with beautiful furniture, view and balcony. The staff spoke different languages and was very attentive and supportive; excellent quality of food and drinks. We loved the restaurant on the top where we had a delicious breakfast.
Great price:comfort relation. We definitely will come back next time
