Great Fun and Fantastic Stay

Great stay in this hotel. Centrally located near Presidential Palace, That Dam and Wat. Nearby to Mekong River and some great restaurants. The hotel also provides free airport transfer. Hotel staff are very friendly and the owner even invites us to join in their Pi Mai Lao New Year celebration. Had a blast fun time water splashing, drinking and eating...

Only 4-5 menu for the breakfast, but it tasted good.
Nice location, We could walk to nearby attractions like Wat Phra Kaew, Wat Sisaket, Patuxai, bus station and morning market.
The hotel is also close to a restaurant name "Kua Lao".

The second night we stayed here, in transit back to Malaysia after luang prabang. Room was satisfactory. Only comment was that breakfast was more or less the same as a few days ago.

great location and clean
very central location in Vientiane, friendly staff who speak fluent english, 24/7 reception desk

no complaints! we stayed two nights in av hotel. rooms were basic and clean, altogether suiting our needs. a lot of attractions such as lao textiles and temples are only around a 5 to 10 minute walk away. breakfast was about the same for the two days though.

This is a good hotel to stay for both leisure and business. Although there are still room for improvement, most of the things work fine. Will come back again if I will visit here again.

Located near the sight seeing place but a bit far from the city centre. Clean and tidy room but the wifi service was weak even near the reception counter. Free shuttle to the airport is available to book a day in advance.
