The Avilla Phasouk is a centrally located boutique hotel. The suites are actually large but quite spacious rooms with a nice balcony overlooking the quiet neighborhood. There is no pool or other recreational facilities but for a few days in central Vientiane it's a recommendale hotel. Staff were very helpful - they ironed a shirt and helped to make some printouts, all for free.

We stayed in a suite so a very large room but apart from that, furniture was sparce and old...
No real service good or bad just indifferent. Lousy breakfast with no choice.
Expensive for what you get.

We had the large king suite. Great room. We only booked it for 3 nights and could not extend as it was booked and still is. They only have 4 of these rooms and they are nice and well worth the money. This is a good place to stay.
