Good position with plenty of resturants around, well serviced rooms with plenty of room in standard rooms, very friendly staff all eager to help, free internet is also available. Beds are as hard as a rock, bathroom very small with very poor shower heads, black mould on tiles in shower, no coffee or tea making facilities. A resonable hotel with limited facilities, generally very clean and well maintained, good for a night or two no longer. Ther are new hotels being built all around, check them out first.
I would rate a 2.5 to 3 starhotel due o lack of facilities.
Restaurant Tip : Head towards thr Mekong river as there are some great resturnts there, 5 to 10 minute walk only

Convenient and close to town,pick up from airport and return, quiet position just off main road. could do with a revamp, decoration and some new furniture. We were picked up promptly from Vientiane airport and booked in OK,ground floor room, the hotel could do with a refit as its a bit dated. apart from that the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was adequate,and was great to have a return trip to the airport included in the cost, we would certainly stay there again.
Shopping Tip : good shopping to be found in central Vientiane.

Internet, friendly staff speaking english language, perfect location and perfect services, safe environment. More mosquito killing devices installed on the corridors would be great. Best value hotel in the center of Vientiane.

The hotel is new and beautiful. The employees were very friendly also.
