the rooms were large and clean, bathroom with shower over tub and good water pressure from the shower. room was inclusive of buffet breakfast (toast, eggs, fried noodles, sausages, porridge). location is a bit out of the way, approximately 15 minutes by local transportation from the water front area. communication can be challenging as spoken english is not good.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The best area to go to is the waterfront area facing the Mekong river, plenty of restaurants and a night market there. A trip there from the hotel would cost approximately Kip (8 to 10 USD). Most places accept US Dollars, Laotian Kips or Thai Bahts.

The rooms are big and very clean. The toilet is complete, including a bathtub and a shower with great water pressure. The staff can speak English and are very committed and kind. On the other hand, the breakfast schedule is from 7 to 9am... but actually it only lasts until the food is finished!

The staff was really nice and striving to help, even though not all of them could communicate on English properly. The restaurant is open during the whole day and you can order food any time. The food was very nice and in big quantity.
If you send clothes to laundry, take in count that it take longer than expected!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It is quite dificcult to get a taxi in this country. You better get used to enjoy the tuk-tuk experience

Close to the new National Convention Center

I initially chose the hotel for its proximity with the new National Convention Center, but later it revealed to be quite well communicated with the main tourist areas. The hotel can look a little bit under the average at first glance, but the room will leave a positive feeling in the visitor, due to its big space. The WiFi didn't work during my stance, what I consider I great failure.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Make sure you get a room close to the WiFi spots, or it will be impossible to you to connect

I was charmed by this hotel. Free transfers to and from airport (both times I was the only guest travelling). I wanted to borrow a hair drier but they did not have one. so they went and purchased one! Good breakfast as far as breakfasts in Laos go. Very kind, attentive and well meaning service. Good restaurant just down the road (walk towards Pratuxy and you will see it on your right) open late.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Es liegt direkt an einer großen Straßenkreuzung und wenn man ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoß bekommt ist es sehr lauf. Beim Check in hatten wir das Gefühl nicht willkommen zu sein. Es wurde uns der Eindruck vermittelt, dass es nicht angebracht ist dieses Hotel über Agoda gebucht zu haben. Dies hatten wir den Eindruck auch bei der Vergabe des Zimmers. Das Frühstück war mehr als mager und das Personal ebenso unfreundlich wie beim Check-in.
Leider kann ich für dieses Hotel keine Weiterempfehlung geben.

Wir hatten keine gute Wahl getroffen und würden trotzt nur einer Übernachtung nicht mehr buchen.
