Martin R. Solo travelers United Kingdom, May 12, 2013	Acceptable, basic, Not Much More Vientiane Restaurants Shophouses 3.7 Acceptable hotel at agoda discount rate. Would not have liked to pay any more. Location is good near most shops and restaurants but there are better and cheaper places. Tuk tuk drivers have a daily piss up in the lobby watching TV wrestling. The mattress had ings breaking through, very uncomfortable. Otherwise, an okay place for one night in transit, not that much to see/do in Vientiane anyway.

Solo travelers Australia, March 31, 2013	Refurbished hotel a block back from riverfront Located close to riverfront, clean hotel, effecient service 7.3 We arrived tierd on the overnight bus from Pakse and booked the hotel the same morning we arrived, after half an hour they had the reservation and we checked into our room at 9am no questions asked just hassle free Internet is only available from the computer in the reception and only in 15min blocks

Keep your room keep when going out. There are other good guesthouses around Vientiane. Consider a newer, upkept facility. I would not recommended.
