Problems since checked-in until checked-out. Location is far away from everything. No room service and restaurant already closed even it is before 6pm. Mosquitoes everywhere. No bell boy - need to carry the luggage to the room by myself. WiFi not work well. Misleading information from receptionist that WiFi is available in room but there is not. Breakfast quality is awful. Closest food shop is 2 kilometers from the hotel entrance! No electricity due to car crashed to electric pole outside the hotel but they do not have electric generator. Hot water have to wait for more than 10 mins and only hot for 2 mins then turned cold again. Staff is lazy and unfriendly. Room is not clean and have stains at the curtain & dust at the windows like never clean for years. TV signal not working on last day.
This is the worst hotel I ever stayed and I will definitely not going back to this hotel & not recommend to anyone!

helpful staff but far away hotel
staffs are really friendly and helpful, food are good. rooms are big

the hotel is a little far away from the airport and the city area. need $8 from air port to hotel. there are not wifi and wireless but cable and internet are available. rooms are big, staffs are really helpful. air con in the rooms are too noisy.
