Great support services especially free shuttle to shopping area and great hotel car and driver service. The staff were really great in all areas.
- Restaurant Tip : Great restaurants around Fountain Square, very near to the hotel shuttle drop-off and pick-up.

Try the Giggles restaurant on-site down by the riverfront. It's owned by the hotel but the prices are much cheaper than eating inside the hotel, even though some (but not all) of the dishes are prepared in the same kitchen.
- Hotel Feature Tip : Don't tolerate being placed close to the disco which is on the eastern end of the building.

I think hotel should provide the transportation service for guest to get to town because this is only weakness of the hotel that I may concern with if I have to go to Vientiane next time. The bicycle is good for sightseeing.
