The hotel has is rooms located around a nice swimming pool, each with a small terrace. The personnel speaks quite good English, is helpful in any occasion and always friendly as you can expect it in S.E. Asia. The breakfast buffet serves all usual items for Asian and Western breakfast. It can be taken on a veranda with a nice view which however is more impressive at dinner after it turns dark. I would come back to this place once I am in town again.
Very nice and recommendable hotel with attentive service. Even if the city center and Mekong is walking distance a complementary hotel shuttle bus to is helpful on a hot day.

The Green Park Hotel in Vientiane, Lao, is an oasis of calm amid sometimes congestion. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The rooms are well-appointed with a spacious glass/walled-private/garden/view shower/tub. The pool is large enough to swim a few laps in and there is a well-equipped gym. The restaurant serves passable but expensive Laotian food as well as Western.
friendly cheerful staff, well-decorated comfortable rooms, beautiful grounds - very good higher-end boutique hotel value for the price / a nice refuge from the heat, humidity, air-pollution and bustle of Vientiane, efficient air-conditioned airport transfer van
a bit away from the main tourist attractions (restaurants, other hotels, Mekong River): I think this is an asset but others might see it as a liability / mediocre expensive restaurant but the included breakfast buffet is first-class.
- Restaurant Tip : Mahpet Restaurant - part of the Friends Project, initially from Cambodia, that takes street teens and trains them for proper employment / food is true Lao but heat is toned down for tourists and presentations are artful

A truly memorable experience at this wonderful hotel, love the architecture, art deco and furnitures, nicely decorated bathroom with plants. Clean, amazing attention to detail and fantastic perspectives, design more to Lanna of Thailand and really feel like staying in Chiang Mai. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was pretty good and overlooking a lake and the city, very relaxing. Walking distance to city but they provided shuttle every hour, very convenience.
Design, beautiful setting of the hotel, attention to detail, nice breakfast and friendly staff.
The hotel was infested with mosquitoes.
Airport transfer charges is USD10/2pax/car which mentioned earlier, but end up sharing with others in a car.
- Shopping Tip : To shop for handicraft, always compare Morning market price with shops in city. Much more cheaper in Morning market, no big different of the quality.
Very Good

This Hotel is a pearl in Vientiane. Just a short way from the city.
Free shuttle bus from the hotel. Lush gardens around the hotel. Very quiet and the staff is excellent. Breakfast was very good and rooms are very clean and cosy. A very good hotel for relaxing.
Staff, rooms and free internet.
Locker for clothes (to small space).
- Hotel Feature Tip : Cheap pickup from the airport. Use the hotel van.

The hotel is everything it sets out to be, a well appointed boutique establishment with well presented grounds. Good internet access, lovely pool, and a good fitness room. The distance from town was not an issue, a car will take you there every hour and a tuk tuk back is easy, just remember to bargain heavily. The rooms are of a good size, very clean and well laid out. The buffet breakfast is acceptable and here the staff are well intentioned.
Very clean and tidy, good rooms and facilities.
Defensive staff in the lobby, and an overzealous night security personnel who questioned who my partner was and strongly suggested that she was not what the hotel accepted. Absolutely unacceptable as he had not even taken the time to enquire correctly.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : A nearby coffee shop that has organic beans and gorgeous espresso coffee.

The hotel is a little out of town, but that isn't a problem because the hotel shuttle takes you into town and brings you back at convenient times throughout the day and evening.
The rooms are almost suites and are in typical Laos style. They are grouped around a central pomnd which is lit at night and a swimming pool and everything is in a lovely garden setting. The service is efficient and friendly and full of smiles.
Friendly service
Garden setting
Central pond and courtyard pool.
Comfortable rooms
Shuttle into town and back again

- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : There are many tour operators. We had a very good sightseeing trip with Green Discovery.

Nice little hotel which must be very new so it is really clean and stylish. It is a little out of town but the complementary shuttle service to the center of town makes up for this. Staff are very helpful but they made a mistake when we checked out and since we didn´t check out bill we ended up paying someone else´s mini bar and room service, a mistake on our behalf but even bigger on theirs.
Beautiful pool, nice large rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds
Noisy aircon system and plumbing, we were also given the wrong room service bill which we paid without checking and only realised once we got home. Be very careful or you might end up paying someone else`s international calls!!
- Hotel Feature Tip : Check your bill before departing!!!

Wonderful property, about 2 km from downtown, built like a resort in a tropical garden. It's a perfect place to evade from the relative noise and dirtyness of the capital and relax after a long day. Rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable with all the equipment you might need. Breakfast is definitely one of the best I've tried ever, and the restaurant is also a very good option for a quiet dinner at the end of the day. Nice swimming pool big enough to swim and with a Jacuzzi corner.
Top level staff: smily, friendly, helpful. I'm not sure I would visit again Vientiane, but if I did it I'd for sure use the hotel again.
Great facilities. Makes you feel like in a tropical garden.
Friendly staff. Great, great breakfast. Free internet, swimming pool and shuttle service to downtown.
A little far from the real center (about 15-20 minutes walk), but for me it was really a pro. Besides the hotel offers shuttle service to downtown.
mixed feeling
