Near the Mekong River

smell need to improvement.

Located in a good location. Near the Mekong River.very comfort food and good taste. Including a good courteous reception guys. Beaming Local environment within Rome was decorated as well. With a local culture of Laos.

Nightlife Tip : We have a dinner beside mekong river.

The decoration is beautiful, with lots of artifacts, ethic paintings. The staff service is good. They even remembered my room no. and had the key before I could say it!

The door was wooden and didn't look very secure. The passage in front of my room was too narrow

First of all, I love the convenience of the location, as everything was within walking distance. Being in front of the Mekong River has its benefits... U could sit by the river and have a cold beer and some barbeque. The best part was the staff at the reception. They were very friendly and had beautiful smiles, and extremely courteous. Thr rooms, although slightly old, were very clean, especially the bedsheets. The TV had cable, so we could watch English, thai , chinese programs which was nice. Enjoyed the simple buffet breakfast too, the food was cooked to order, like the sizzling bacon and ham, as well as ommelettes. The baquettes were crispy and soft inside. Overall, the ambience of hotel was good as I love art and old artifacts.

Nightlife Tip : Theres a nice cocktail bar just beside the hotel, called Sakuran which had lovely cocktails... The first cocktail costs US$5, and subsequent ones are all US$3.50. It had nice music, and the staff were friendly and not obtrusive.

the same as usual... almost NONE

check the previous reviews...

once again we were given a room more far away to the lobby. the food stills ok also the pool. The staff is always trying to earn some money with you and are no honest.
