Value for money, large room and okay bed. 5.7 Staff were not particularly friendly and location was a bit out of town, room was great with everthing we needed. The hotel would suit a buisness person more, i wouldnt recommend it for young couples.

See review 7.7 Recently renovated with quality furniture, fittings, bathroom etc. Comforts of an expensive hotel at mid-range price. Staff were helpful but spoke limited English. It took long efforts to get them to fix the internet in my room (by resetting the router) - once done, the service was good and fast. Some have complained about the location. There's a supermarket opposite, an ANZ ATM next door and it's an easy 10-15 min. walk to town down Chao Anou, but this could get tedious after a while. Others have said there are no restaurants nearby (the hotel has none). In fact there are plenty, a hotpot place across the road and lots of Chinese, barbecue, soup places, etc. If you have to have Western food the whole time then, yes, you'd need to go into town for that.
