laos trip
price at the time , close to a shopping center, staff were helpfull
i found the bed to be comfortable, my room had no windows but this was no concern to me had a good tv and reasonably hot water, aircon work fine . its about a 15 minute walk to the mekong river there's a nice park between the river and the presidential palace ,about 20 minutes further up the mekong to the eatery and bars i only had breakfast at the hotel its the same as most mid range accommodation in laos eggs ham toast enough to get you going coffee was good

New Hotel, Good WiFi, Big room and clean
Good WIFI, Big Room ,Friendly staff
Hotel is next to Morning Market & walking distance to PratuXay, banks & restaurants. Big room & very clean, nice bathroom. It's very safe to stay here, they have CCTV. Good WIFI to use in room and lobby. Friendly staff and they're very helpful to give us the place to visit and arrange the bus ticket to go to the other city. Breakfast is good (set menu). By walk, it's quite far from walking street (Night Market) nearby Mekhong River. Anyway we love this place, we will come back and stay here again next time.

nice hotel. thats about it
the room was big with a very comfortable bad
The hotel itself is very beautiful. But there were several issues that I dont think that a hotel that charges 50$ per night could ignore: No hot water! Even the receptionist tried to fix it and without any success gave a smile and left it is was still though a very cold shower. No tv antenna signal ! FYI the hotel is far from the center so you will to take a couple of minutes tuk tuk Thank you.

comfortable, good value, friendly
Good value hotel, breakfast satisfactory, but no where nearby for dinner, apart from a couple of expensive places around the corner. Need a tuktuk to get to any form of night life or eateries, which are plentiful and good value. reasonably located for major tourist activities

Clean hotel, shoddy wifi
Clean, big room, bad wifi
We stayed at the Lane Xang Princess Hotel for three nights. The rooms are big, the beds are clean, the wifi shoddy and the hot water came and went as it pleased. The personell is friendly, but rarely speaks English. The hotel is located at a 10 minute walk from the city centre, so no reason to grab a tuktuk into town. There are two malls near the hotel, but they contain mostly jewelry and clothing shops. Good hotel for a short stay. Decent value for money.

Good services
hospitality, clean room,
The location, itself, is not too far from tourists sites, 5 mins walk to Sao Market and 10 mins walk to the fountain square, palace and temples . It's located a bit far from river side which may take you 15-20 mins by foot. The room was quite clean. Staff were very polite and good spoken-English.
