The entire staff was 'uber' friendly and SO helpful. From the front desk to the bell boy to the maids to the restaurant staff - EVERYONE went out of their way to make my stay the most enjoyable!!! Although it is not RIGHT downtown, I am the type of traveler that does not want to be right in the heat of the tourist areas. I feel I get a better sense of the area 'once removed'. It was easy to get into town! I highly recommend this hotel!!! My best hotel experience in Laos!!!
